When there is more than one donor at a location, mileage, after-hours, weekend or holiday and priority fees are charged once, not per donor.
Example: three pre-employment rapid screens at one job site after 5 PM are three testing fees, one mileage fee and one after-hours fee.

How much does mobile testing cost?
Testing fees start at $45 for breath alcohol, $50 for rapid, $55 for lab-based, $100 for hair and $300 for segmented hair, per donor. Mileage, after-hours, weekend and holiday, observed-collection and priority fees are quoted when you call.
