Requests are not appointments
Submitting a request form does not create an appointment. A collection is scheduled only when New York Drug Testing confirms availability with you directly.
Pricing
Prices shown are starting points per donor. Additional fees for mileage, after-hours, weekends and holidays, priority response and observed collections are quoted before service. The confirmed quote governs.
Scope of service
New York Drug Testing performs specimen collections and breath alcohol tests. Laboratory analysis, Medical Review Officer review and result interpretation are performed by third parties under their own procedures. We do not provide medical, legal or compliance advice.
Regulatory responsibility
Whether a role or employee is subject to DOT or other regulatory testing, and which test type applies, is the responsibility of the employer and its designated compliance professional.
